About

Known for her compassionate and patient-centred approach, Lara is here to guide you and your child on the journey to optimal health and well-being. She combines her understanding of the body along with her extensive knowledge of natural medicine to treat both mother and child holistically. 

After having her first child, she found her passion in maternal health and paediatrics. Lara believes in trusting your intuition and following your gut instinct, especially in regards to yours and your child’s health. Her plans are tailored to support the optimal growth and development of her patients and often include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, homeopathy, flower essences and lifestyle modifications. 

Lara is committed to integrating evidence-based medicine into natural healthcare for children. She specialises in providing holistic and scientifically grounded treatments that support the unique health needs of mothers, infants and children. Lara continually engages with the latest research and clinical guidelines to ensure the best outcome for her patients. As an advocate for integrative healthcare, Lara participates in interdisciplinary collaborations, bridging the gap between naturopathic and conventional medicine
